Distribution Planner (Temporary)

The Distribution Planner plays a critical role in ensuring timely, efficient, and cost-effective delivery of our products while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.

Job Summary

The Route Planner is responsible for supporting the department in achieving business unit level support and analysis as it relates to the company’s distribution capabilities and delivery cost towards the achievement of department goals and business key performance indicators related to Sales and Profitability. 

Key Duties/Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and execute delivery and distribution plans for key accounts, traditional trade, e-commerce, and telesales.

• Support efficient warehouse loading by providing accurate and timely truck-loading information.

• Monitor daily delivery performance and assist with root cause analysis when targets are not met.

• Serve as the key contact for route-related queries and adjustments.

• Minimum of 5 CSEC/CXC passes, including Mathematics and English.

• At least 2 years’ experience in supply chain, distribution planning, or related fields.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Microsoft Dynamics is an asset.
