JOB SUMMARY
The role involves driving revenue growth by managing the sales pipeline, building partnerships, and expanding distribution channels. Responsibilities include recruiting and training distributors, collaborating with sales teams, and monitoring performance. Candidates should possess 3+ years of channel sales experience (preferably in technology/telecom), strong leadership and communication skills, and a bachelor’s degree (technical background preferred).
 
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Develop and implement advanced business solutions in collaboration with strategic partners to drive revenue growth.
- Identify, generate, and manage sales opportunities across the full pipeline—from prospecting to closing.
- Collaborate with internal sales teams to ensure commercial success across key industry sectors.
- Recruit, onboard, and train local partners and distributors, ensuring alignment with Huawei’s strategic goals and value proposition.
- Manage and expand distribution channels to maximize product availability, market penetration, and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor distributor performance and implement improvement plans to ensure consistent delivery of sales targets and service standards.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in direct and channel sales, with exposure to distribution management—preferably in the technology or telecommunications sector.
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence internal and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree required; a technical background is considered an asset.
- This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, along with a proven ability to manage distribution channels, influence stakeholders, and lead cross-functional teams.
