Distribution Manager

Tyre Warehouse is an importer, distributor and retailer of automotive products.  The operating nucleus of our internal network comprises three (3) distribution warehouses geographically located within the transport hub of the port of Kingston and SEZ-designated centers.   Additionally, there are currently eighteen (18) retail locations within the Tyre Warehouse internal network.  External to this network, we distribute automotive products to a wide range of independently operated entities island-wide.

The Distribution Manager shall have responsibility for ensuring that the inflow and outflow of goods, through-out the network previously described, are carried out in a manner that results in the optimization of resources and the profitability of the organization.

Prospective candidates must have:

• Attained a Bachelor’s Degree, at a minimum, in a course of study that encompasses logistics and supply chain management and or STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics)
• Experience in Logistics and Supply Chain Management at the level of creating and monitoring product flow plans
• Experience within a multi-location distribution network
• Utilised planning and logistics software
