JOB SUMMARY
Leads the achievement of the business objectives in the down trade channel through effective management of the appointed distributor. Responsible for executing and enhancing strategies, resolving in-market issues, and managing the operations of the Company Store.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Identify sales opportunities to drive growth and achieve business targets
Monitor distributor sell-out data and help develop strategies to acquire new customers and grow existing accounts.
Oversee the end-to-end operations of the Company Depot to support key business priorities.
Ensure full compliance with the in-store Picture of Success for each category/sub-category; support implementation and evaluate in-store effectiveness to achieve 100% placement.
Provide insights on market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activities to uncover business opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners (e.g., distributors, customers, third parties) for timely execution of initiatives.
Ensure efficient distributor and cash & carry operations, including warehouse management, logistics, inventory, and sales force execution.
Identify opportunities for business growth through new products, increased distribution, and process improvements. Support field sales coordinators in conducting trade and distributor audits for compliance.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
First Degree: BSc. in Sales, Marketing or any related
Master's in Management Studies would be asset
5+ years’ experience in Sales/Marketing
Demonstrable record of success in a customer facing role.
Strong Sales & Marketing experience / knowledge to execute Territory Business Plans
