Reporting to the DC Manager, the DC Associate will assist in the preparation of reports across O&S function areas.

Distribution Centre Associate

Reporting to the DC Manager, the DC Associate will assist in the preparation of reports across O&S function areas. Participate in relevant department meetings at the DC Location to gain knowledge of the business and an appreciation for the various functions within the organization. To achieve and demonstrate agreed on standards of personal and professional development within agreed timelines.

Major Responsibilities

• Daily preparation of reports 
• Assist in the settlement department 
• Assist in warehouse admin functions 
• Any other function in accordance with the requirements of the operations

Academic qualifications and experience required for the job:

• Minimum 4 CXC’s including English Language & a numeric subject
• Previous workplace experience preferred
• Passion for accuracy/attention to detail
• Good time management skills to meet reporting deadlines
• Proficient with Excel and Word

Working Condition: (e.g. dust, dirt, heat, abnormal hours, frequent travel, overtime, etc.)

• Predominantly 8:30 am – 4:30 pm; may be required to work outside the set work hours
• Will be exposed to a Distribution Center & Warehouse environment, at an occasional frequency
• Frequent to moderate walking short/long distances within the Distribution Center, Office and Warehouse areas
• Occasional traveling requirements, CBL Head Office and Distribution Center
• Occasional exposure to forklifts & delivery trucks within the Warehouse area
• Wearing of appropriate PPE gear required for normal daily function
