At Worthy Park Estate, one of Jamaica’s most storied and celebrated rum distilleries, we don't just run tours. We offer immersive, unforgettable experiences that connect guests to the heart of our heritage, our land, and our world-class rums.

We’re hiring a Distillery Tour Guide to be a key part of that experience. This role is for someone who can confidently lead visitors through every step of the rum-making journey while delivering the warmth and authenticity that define Jamaican hospitality. You won’t just give tours. You’ll represent the brand, support daily operations, and play a hands-on role across various parts of the visitor experience.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead informative and engaging tours through the distillery, warehouse, and visitor center.

· Educate guests on the history of Worthy Park, our production process, and the unique qualities of our rums.

· Conduct guided tastings, walking guests through rum flights with professionalism and passion.

· Assist with bookings, retail transactions, and guest check-ins at the gift shop.

· Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting space for guests.

· Support special events, private bookings, and promotional experiences.

· Collaborate with the wider team to ensure operations run smoothly.

· Be open to cross-training and flexible enough to step into other areas as needed.

Requirements

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· 1+ years of experience in hospitality, tourism, or customer service (restaurant, hotel, bar, or tour experience preferred).

· Post-secondary education in hospitality or a related field is an advantage.

· Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service mindset.

· Comfortable with basic sales and POS systems.

· Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

· Must be at least 21 years old.

· Availability on weekends, holidays, and occasionally evenings.
