We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Dispatcher/Sales Rep to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting clients with their tour plans, answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless memorable experience
The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing the dispatching of vehicles and personnel to ensure timely and efficient service delivery. The Dispatcher will work closely with drivers, service technicians, and other team members to ensure that all operations run smoothly.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SPECIALIZED SKILLS:
★ High school diploma or equivalent and TPDCO Certificate
★ Previous experience in customer service or the Tourism Industry.
★ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
★ Attention to detail and organizational skills.
★ Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
★ Strong computer skills, including MS Office.
★ Highly professional and ethical standards
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
★ Responsible for sales, reservations and the payment of excursions.
★ Organizing and hosting welcome meetings.
★ Selling and organizing excursions and Transportation arrangements.
★ Responding to clients’ queries, helping guests, quickly solve any problems that arise.
★ Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely manner.
★ Dealing with unforeseen ‘non-client’ problems, like flight delays, transfer delays or weather conditions
★ Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of the resort and the local area.
★ Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with their travel experience.
★ Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.
★ Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
