The Dispatcher collaborates with internal stakeholders to ensure goods are accurately reviewed, documented and to verify deliveries before dispatching from the assigned Warehouse.
Key Responsibilities
To facilitate in the receipt and review of goods against control documentation
To assist in the organisation of goods onto allocated shelving and storage areas in accordance with warehousing and inventory standards and manufacturer specifications
Accurate and consistent product selections to avoid any errors with order fulfilment
To ensure that no goods leave the warehouse without complete documentation
Safe handling and packing of products onto the dispatching area
Notifying Management immediately of any variances, shortages, damages, discrepancies etc.
Ensuring housekeeping standards are upheld
Complying with all Company, Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) qualities and food safety standards
Position Requirements:
At least 2 years’ experience in a Warehousing environment
Minimum of 3 CSEC/’O’ Level Passes or a combination of training and experience
