Dispatcher

The Dispatcher collaborates with internal stakeholders to ensure goods are accurately reviewed, documented and to verify deliveries before dispatching from the assigned Warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

• To facilitate in the receipt and review of goods against control documentation
• To assist in the organisation of goods onto allocated shelving and storage areas in accordance with warehousing and inventory standards and manufacturer specifications
• Accurate and consistent product selections to avoid any errors with order fulfilment
• To ensure that no goods leave the warehouse without complete documentation
• Safe handling and packing of products onto the dispatching area
• Notifying Management immediately of any variances, shortages, damages, discrepancies etc.
• Ensuring housekeeping standards are upheld
• Complying with all Company, Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) qualities and food safety standards 

Position Requirements:

• At least 2 years’ experience in a Warehousing environment
• Minimum of 3 CSEC/’O’ Level Passes or a combination of training and experience
• Availability to work flexible hours 

Must possess:

• Manual dexterity and able to lift up to 60 pounds
• Ability to work in a Warehouse environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication skills
• Good numerical skills
• Must be a team player
