Summary of Role:
Actavo’s Dispatch Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating daily operations, managing schedules, overseeing service requests, and ensuring timely job completion while maintaining strong communication between clients, field teams, and management. Skilled in problem-solving, workflow coordination, customer service, and maintaining efficient service delivery in fast-paced an environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor TAS SLA & updates daily
- Liaise with contractors regarding sites to visit, updates on work done, Materials to be sourced
- Review timesheets from dispatchers to ensure accuracy and hours worked
- Be available to fill in, in the event of scheduling updates (sick, vacation, absent etc.)
- Create weekly reports to reflect SOC’s performance
- Create weekly reports to reflect SLA score
- Create daily report for previous day’s SLA performance
- Validate invoices for jobs completed by contractor when needed by Finance
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Previous experience working in a high-volume inbound call centre environment would be a definite asset
- Good understanding of Telecommunication industry is desirable
- Good geographical knowledge-Jamaica
- Exceptional customer focus with a positive can-do attitude
- Courteous and friendly professional telephone manner essential
- Excellent literacy, numeric and IT skills including proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to work on own initiative and act independently whilst being able to work successfully as part of a team
- Flexibility to work shifts in line with business requirements
- Ability to always represent the company in a professional manner
