Director of Sales, Marketing & Communications
The Director of Sales, Marketing & Communications is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive, data-driven, and measurable sales, marketing, and communication strategies that enhance the Club’s brand, market position, and revenue performance.
This role leads integrated online and offline marketing initiatives, manages internal and external communications, strengthens brand awareness, and translates market interest into bookings through an effective reservations strategy and guest experience.
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Minimum of seven (7) years’ experience in the luxury travel or hospitality industry
Proven success in developing and executing marketing strategies
Verifiable relationships with professional and community associations locally and internationally
US market experience is essential
Golf market experience is an asset
Strong knowledge of digital, online, and social media marketing strategies
Experience presenting to Senior Management and Board levels
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Dynamic, disciplined, goal-oriented, and results-driven
Ability to perform effectively in a high-pressure environment
Outgoing, personable, and confident networker

Lead all Sales and Marketing initiatives
Develop and execute online and offline strategies that drive brand awareness, villa rentals, lot sales, and villa sales
Lead internal and external creative and marketing professionals
Conduct market and competitive analysis to evolve products and services
Utilize marketing and customer conversion tracking tools
Develop marketing programs for brokers and villa homeowners
Plan and execute sales trips within assigned territories
Implement all approved sales and marketing action plans
Represent the Club at trade shows and promotional events locally and internationally
Refine and strengthen the Club’s brand identity
Develop communication plans aligned with the brand’s value proposition
Lead customer insight and feedback initiatives
Ensure brand compliance across all guest- and homeowner-facing materials
Manage the Club’s brand and reputation
Create and launch press releases and marketing campaigns
Lead internal communications and external media relations
Develop and execute communication strategies across the Club
Build and maintain strong relationships with media representatives and travel writers
Serve as spokesperson for the Club at local and international events
Oversee editorial direction, production, and distribution of all publications
Produce a quarterly newsletter for Homeowners
Develop short- and long-term marketing, sales, and communication plans and budgets
Ensure achievement of departmental goals and financial objectives
Monitor, evaluate, and report performance to the Managing Director
Support annual budget preparation and Board presentations
