The incumbent will oversee and direct the implementation of strategic business and operational plans leading various departments including Information Technology, Operations, Client Relations, Compliance, Data Protection, and Risk, ensuring seamless integration and alignment of operational functions to achieve organizational objectives.

Qualifications, Experience & Competencies:

 

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, Management, or related field.

  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Operations Management within the financial industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

  • Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing strategic business and operational plans to drive organizational growth and profitability.

  • Extensive experience in overseeing multiple departments including Information Technology, Operations, Client Relations, Compliance, Data Protection and Risk.

  • Demonstrated experience in managing relationships with external stakeholders including brokers, regulators, and partners.
  • Strong understanding of operational processes, compliance, risk management, and technology integration.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Exeptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen understanding of market dynamics, industry trends and regulatory requirements.
