Are you passionate about procurement operations and digital workflow optimization? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment? KPMG JESS is seeking a Procurement System Support Specialist to support our U.S. member firm’s Strategic Sourcing Procurement (SSP) operations.


About the Role: In this role, you will be responsible for driving the adoption and integration of Generative AI technologies within JESS. You will challenge the status quo and pinpoint opportunities to enhance business processes through AI advancements. Utilizing your strong analytical skills and profound understanding of AI tools, such as GPT and DALL-E, you will spearhead projects to implement AI-driven improvements. Effective communication with diverse teams and stakeholders within JESS and Generative Business Solutions (GBS) will be essential as you advocate for the benefits and adoption of Generative AI across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies for Gen AI adoption and continuous innovation.
• Develop monitoring systems to track AI adoption and effectiveness.
• Implement a scalable framework for AI integration across departments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design training programs on Gen AI technologies and methodologies.
• Establish best practice templates and update systems with identified enhancements.
• Analyze current processes and benchmark them against industry best practices for improvement.
• Lead cross-functional team meetings, document actions, and drive project timelines.
• Identify and implement service improvements using innovative AI solutions.
• Own change initiatives from idea generation to project delivery using appropriate governance.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Data Science or a related field from an accredited college/university and/or equivalent certifications.
• Minimum of three (3) years’ relevant work experience in AI project management, implementation, or related fields.
• Proven experience with Generative AI technologies (e.g., GPT, DALL-E).
• Project Management Program (PMP) or SCRUM certification is a plus.
• Solid verbal/written communication, problem-solving, analytical, and independent judgement

Special Conditions

• KJESS uses a hybrid work model, allowing staff to work from home in Jamaica or in the office. Employees must be in the office at least five days per month, with more days possible if required by business needs.
• Expected to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Will be working primarily in a paperless environment and expected to be using information systems for the entire workday to access data or perform activities.
• May be required to work extended hours periodically or on public holidays.
