DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER

The Digital Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in the Marketing Department at Select Brands Limited, a leading Jamaican Wines & Spirits Distributor. Reporting directly to the Commercial Manager, this position is responsible for crafting and executing the digital strategy to drive online growth and enhance brand visibility across various platforms.

The incumbent must possess a deep understanding of digital marketing trends, an innovative mindset, and the ability to execute dynamic campaigns. This role is responsible for analyzing performance metrics, using the power of digital channels to maximize online presence and customer engagement and optimizing strategies to achieve business objectives.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication or a related field
  • Minimum three (3) years’ experience in Digital Marketing
  • Strong expertise in Digital Marketing, Online Marketing, and Web Analytics
  • Knowledge of industry trends and emerging digital marketing tools
  • Experience in the Wines & Spirits industry would be an asset.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Drive digital growth & visibility: Develop and execute the overall digital marketing strategy, staying current on trends and best practices to optimize performance.
  • Manage channels & campaigns: Oversee social media, influencer partnerships, digital advertising (PPC/display), promotions, giveaways, and email/CRM initiatives.
  • Website management including content updates and SEO optimization.
  • Analyze & align: Track campaign performance, prepare reports with actionable insights, and collaborate with brand and content teams to ensure creative and messaging alignment.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
  • Creative, innovative, and visually driven content development skills.
  • Excellent communication, copywriting, organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, scheduling platforms and other digital tools.
  • Knowledge of SEO, and social media trends.
