Role Overview

We’re hiring a Digital Advertising & Conversion Specialist to lead performance and optimization across Meta, Google, and related platforms.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on ownership, loves solving performance challenges, and wants their work to directly shape how our clients’ business grows.

You’ll manage paid media end-to-end, run experiments that drive measurable impact, and collaborate with our strategy and web experience teams to align campaigns, creative, and conversion optimization into one cohesive system.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Media Strategy & Management

  • Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Meta and the Google network.

  • Develop and document testing frameworks for creative, audience, and offers.

  • Monitor daily pacing, ROAS, and conversion metrics to ensure performance stability.

  • Partner with the creative and strategy teams to translate behavioral insights into ad concepts.

Conversion Optimization (CRO)

  • Own the full post-click experience, ensuring landing pages and websites convert efficiently and align with campaign goals.

  • Partner with the Web Experience Designer to plan and analyze A/B tests that improve messaging, layout, and user flow.

  • Use GA4, Hotjar, and Looker Studio to uncover friction points and behavioral insights that inform optimization decisions.

  • Maintain visibility into key performance metrics (conversion rate, load speed, bounce rate) and recommend prioritized actions.

  • Translate insights into clear next steps for design, copy, and targeting, ensuring advertising and on-site performance stay connected.

Data Integrity & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate tracking (UTMs, pixels, GTM).

  • Build and maintain Looker Studio dashboards for campaign insights.

  • Deliver weekly and monthly reports that explain not just what happened, but why it happened and what we’re doing next.

Experimentation & Continuous Learning

  • Maintain an active log of experiments, hypotheses, and results.

  • Share learnings that evolve our playbooks and decision systems.

  • Help shape the firm’s methodology for testing, learning, and scaling insights.

 

What You Bring

  • 5+ years managing paid campaigns across Meta and Google

  • Proven record of improving performance through testing and optimization

  • Strong command of GA4, GTM, and Looker Studio (or equivalent tools)

  • Experience with A/B testing tools and CRO frameworks

  • Working understanding of UX and conversion psychology

  • Excellent written communication and analytical storytelling skills
