Royalton Hotels & Resorts is seeking a dedicated and experienced Diamond Club Manager to lead the daily operations of our premium guest service program – Diamond Club. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, managing VIP services, leading staff performance, driving revenue through upselling, and ensuring departmental alignment with brand and Marriott standards.
Develop departmental strategies to meet KPIs and improve guest satisfaction.
Manage team schedules, task assignments, and daily operations based on occupancy.
Oversee VIP areas (beach, pool, lounges), restaurant allocations, and amenities coordination.
Ensure accurate room status and guest group information is communicated and updated.
Collaborate with Maintenance, Housekeeping, and F&B to maintain quality standards.
Handle VIP guests, special requests, and service recovery.
Monitor guest feedback, social media, and quality audits to implement improvements.
Build strong public relations with guests and create memorable experiences.
Participate in hiring, training, and evaluating Diamond Club staff.
Promote company values and lead with motivation and accountability.
Ensure compliance with grooming, behavior, and service standards.
Review budgets and control expenses.
Lead upselling strategies (room upgrades, premium services) and manage commission payouts.
Maintain proper documentation and follow finance protocols.
Operate and report on systems such as NewHotel, HotSOS, ORS, GEX, SAP, and Smarter U.
Identify platform inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
