Key Responsibilities
- Oversee Depot operations in the absence of the Depot Manager
- Balance daily cash sales and manage cash and bank deposits securely
- Conduct daily stock balancing and report variances
- Assist with receiving goods and restocking the Cold Room
- Ensure the Cold Room and Serving Area are kept clean and orderly
- Monitor, coach, and mentor the team
- Assist with recruitment activities and initiatives to reduce staff turnover
- Provide staff training and orientation in line with Company standards
- Support performance monitoring and performance appraisals
- Enhance customer relations and monitor customer service processes to ensure satisfaction and retention
Qualifications, Competencies & Experience
- Diploma or Associate Degree in Business Management or Management Studies
- Minimum of two (2) years’ supervisory experience, preferably in a food manufacturing environment
- Training in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Food Safety Standards
- Strong documentation and record-keeping skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail with strong follow-up abilities
- Ability to use initiative and work with minimal supervision
- High level of accuracy, reliability, flexibility, and professionalism
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
