The incumbent will assist customers by processing orders, providing product and service information, and resolving complaints to support the department's objectives.

Bryden pi Ltd, one of the leading channel-focused distributors of Consumer, Health and Personal Care products in Trinidad and Tobago is on the lookout for the ideal candidate to join our unique family in the position of Depot Clerk within the Customer Experience Division.

Some Main Responsibilities include:
  • Verify accuracy of billing data and revise any errors.
  • Determine charges for items purchased and arrange billing documents.
  • Process orders of walk-in customers at the depot and/or call in customers
  • Prepare itemized statements, bills, or invoices and record amounts due for items purchased or services rendered.
  • Keep records of invoices and support documents.
  • On-going Stock checks and stock balances.
  • Resolve discrepancies in accounting records.
  • Balance all cash received with the Cashiers at the end of the day.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of all the products supplied by Bryden pi Ltd. and provide information on the full range of products to customers.
  • Perform other duties that may be required to enhance the operations of the Company

Qualification, Experience and Requirement:

  • A minimum of five (5) CXC passes, including Mathematics and English
  • A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a related field
  • Or relevant combination of training and experience
  • Knowledge of all Bryden pi products would be an asset
