As the Deli Supervisor, you’ll lead a dedicated team to deliver delicious, high-quality products and outstanding customer service. You’ll ensure that displays are appealing, stock is fresh, and the department runs smoothly every day. What you will do?

• Supervise, train, and motivate deli staff to achieve department goals.
• Maintain excellent product presentation, freshness, and quality standards.
• Enforce food safety and hygiene regulations to ensure a clean, safe environment.
• Manage inventory, stock rotation, and minimize waste.
• Provide friendly, helpful service and handle customer inquiries professionally.
• Support store promotions and help drive sales growth in the deli department.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–3 years of experience in deli operations or food service supervision (supermarket experience preferred).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Excellent organization and problem-solving abilities.
• A positive attitude and passion for great customer service.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
