Our client is seeking a reliable, youthful professional or recent tertiary graduate to join their team as a Data and Records Clerk. This temporary position offers an excellent opportunity for a young professional or recent graduate to gain valuable administrative experience in a structured office environment.
Responsibilities:
Retrieve, update, and distribute records and documents.
Enter and verify data in company databases.
Scan, archive, and index documentation.
Provide general clerical and administrative support.
Ensure confidentiality and data accuracy at all times.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 CXC / O-Level passes including English Language.
1–3 years’ administrative , Internship or clerical experience (or a recent tertiary graduate).
Must be reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.
Must reside in South Trinidad and be currently unemployed.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Available to start immediately.
