The JESS Officer reports primarily to the JESS DISH Senior Manager but will also take direction from other Client team members who are accountable for supported work.

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a detail-oriented DISH Administrator to join our team. The JESS DISH (Dynamic Integrated Services) resources are responsible for performing various tasks in accordance with standard operating procedures provided by the Clients’ team including, but not limited to administration, project support, collaboration with internal KPMG teams, supporting client engagements, reconciliations, document processing, data analysis, PowerPoint presentations, and coordinating meetings and training events.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Service Delivery

—                     Provide proactive customer communication and prompt responses to messages

—                     Collaborate with KPMG internal teams to support requests

—                     Update client records using firm standard templates and other activities

—                     Support client engagement management, including creating and managing invoices, drafting client                                  engagement letters

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

—                     Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university/college or Equivalent Professional Accreditation

—                     At least two years relevant work experience within Data Services or a similar process
