Data Entry Clerk, (1 month contract)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk for a one-month contract assignment. The successful candidate will support our records management function by digitizing physical documents and maintaining an accurate document inventory system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scan and digitize physical documents in a timely and accurate manner

  • Organize, label, and store electronic files systematically

  • Maintain and update a document inventory tracking sheet (Excel)

  • Ensure proper filing and storage of both digital and physical records

  • Verify accuracy of scanned documents and data entries

  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in data entry or administrative support

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer applications

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to manage large volumes of documents efficiently

  • High level of accuracy and discretion
