Aventa Jamaica is seeking a detail-oriented, reliable, and efficient Data Entry Clerk to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining critical data across their systems, ensuring information integrity and supporting smooth business operations.
Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company databases and systems.
Review, verify, and correct data to ensure completeness and accuracy.
Perform regular data audits and identify discrepancies for follow-up.
Prepare reports and summaries as required by management.
Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical).
Support daily administrative and operational tasks.
Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive information.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in office administration is an asset.
Proven experience in data entry or administrative support.
Excellent typing skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
