About Us:
Jamaica Extended Support Services (JESS) is a dynamic delivery center in Kingston, Jamaica, providing back-office support to KPMG United States. As part of the Global Data Strategy & Operations team, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering high-impact data solutions that drive business success.

Your Role:
As the Data Analysis Manager, you will:

• Lead data onboarding, analysis, and validation initiatives.
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in data, collaborating with developers and business stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions through data mapping, quality checks, and metadata management.
• Drive project execution across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Support QA, UAT, and post-production enhancements.
• Coach and guide teams on data modeling, quality, and governance standards.

What You Bring:

• ​Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in data sourcing, analysis, and integration.
• Strong SQL skills and proficiency with tools like Alteryx.
• Experience with Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, and Big Data platforms (e.g., Hadoop).Ability to design and optimize complex data workflows and mappings.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS:

• Our team is using a hybrid work model, allowing flexibility between working from home in Jamaica and being in the office. You will be required to spend a minimum of five days each month in the office, though this number may increase depending on business needs
• Expected to work in a fast-paced team environment
• ​Will be working primarily in a paperless environment and expected to be using information systems for the entire workday to access data or perform activities
• ​May be required to work extended hours periodically or on public holidays
