DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION LEAD

Digital Transformation Lead - Senior Management Position

Restaurants of Jamaica Limited (ROJ), operators of the KFC and Pizza Hut brands, is seeking an experienced and innovative Digital Transformation Lead to spearhead our organization's technological advancement and drive our customer-centric strategy.  

As the Digital Transformation Lead, you will be instrumental in shaping the company’s digital future - overseeing integration and optimization of our digital systems, leading complex projects, and enhancing our customer experience through innovative technological solutions, while enjoying an attractive compensation and benefits package, commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute short-term and long-term Digital Transformation Plans, ensuring strategies are aligned with the organization’s vision and business goals
  2. Optimize operations through digital tools, including inventory management, labour scheduling, and financial reporting
  3. Lead the implementation and integration of various digital systems across the organization
  4. Implement and manage centralized control systems for POS, menu management, and customer loyalty programs
  5. Utilize data analytics and business intelligence tools to generate insights and support decision-making
  6. Lead the digital transformation change management initiative and ensure seamless communication with stakeholders.
  7. Design and implement training programs to ensure proficient use of new technologies
  8. Collaborate with software providers and internal teams to continuously improve system functionality, while staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum, a bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field
  • Minimum eight (8) years of progressive experience in executing Digital Transformation initiatives, with at least five (5) years managing in senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record of leading successful digital transformation projects in the restaurant industry that resulted in quantifiable improvements
  • Advanced proficiency in system integration, POS management, inventory management, business intelligence, digital project leadership, endpoint security management, data security compliance for restaurants, staff training, and change management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making
  • In-depth understanding of customer experience trends in the restaurant industry
  • Proficiency in implementing agile and DevOps methodologies
  • Strong cybersecurity awareness and experience in protecting sensitive data
