Overview: KPMG Jamaica has a delivery center named "Jamaica Extended Support Services (JESS)" operating from Kingston, which is contracted to provide office support to its member firm KPMG United States ("the Client"). In this role you will be responsible for simulating cyberattacks to proactively identify vulnerabilities in our systems, networks, and web applications, with a focus on AI system robustness assessments. You will master various techniques to safeguard our systems by mimicking attack strategies and collaborating closely with diverse stakeholders. You will engage in red teaming exercises to evaluate and enhance the detection capabilities of our security operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed network and web application penetration tests.

• Perform red teaming exercises to assess the detection capabilities of our security operations.

• Engage in AI Red Teaming to improve the robustness and security of AI systems.

• Stay current with the latest security trends and techniques.

Must-Have Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field from an accredited college/university

• Minimum of three (3) years’ relevant work experience in cybersecurity, focusing on network and web application penetration testing, red teaming, AI red teaming, cloud penetration testing.

• Relevant certifications such as GPEN, OSCP, CISSP, or similar are preferred.

• Experience with adversarial machine learning techniques and familiarity with common ML frameworks and tools. (prompt injection, data poisoning, and model evasion).

• Experience and understanding of security principles, IT security controls and related technologies. 

• Solid foundation in network and cloud security concepts, with hands-on experience and strong understanding of network penetration testing.

• Proficiency in scripting and automation with experience in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.

• Familiarity with frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK and MITRE ATLAS, OWASP, and NIST.

Special Conditions:

• Expected to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• ​Will be working primarily in a paperless environment and expected to use information systems for the entire workday to access data or perform activities.
• ​May be required to work extended hours periodically or on public holidays.
