About the Role
Are you passionate about cybersecurity, risk management, and data-driven decision-making? As a Cyber Security Quality Assurance Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in enhancing security operations, managing vulnerabilities, and delivering high-impact risk assessments. You’ll collaborate with top-tier professionals to ensure service excellence and drive continuous improvement across enterprise security services.


Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver risk assessments using OWASP Top 10 standards
• Manage residual risks and findings via GRC tools like Archer
• Analyze SOC, penetration, and vulnerability reports
• Produce actionable insights through KPIs and PowerBI dashboards
• Administer services with deep knowledge of DNS, HTTP, and other protocols
• Conduct security assessments for complex organizations
• Establish and mature quality control processes
• Drive continuous improvement in cybersecurity operations
  
  

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience
• Preferred certifications: CRISC, PMP; Plus: CISSP, CISA, CEH
• Experience with SOC reports, penetration testing, and vulnerability analysis
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Special Conditions

• JESS uses a hybrid work model, allowing staff to work from home in Jamaica or in the office. Employees must be in the office at least five days per month, with more days possible if required by business needs.
• ​You are expected to use KPMG-approved Generative AI tools to support your daily work tasks.
• ​Expected to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• ​Will be working primarily in a paperless environment and expected to be using information systems for the entire workday to access data or perform activities.
• ​May be required to work extended hours periodically or on public holidays.
