Communicate clearly and professionally across phone, email, WhatsApp, and in-person.

Carry themselves in a pleasant, professional, and courteous manner.

Are able to manage high volumes of customer inquiries while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

Have prior customer service experience (preferred).

Are 20 years or older.
