Unicomer (Barbados) Limited is seeking a qualified Customer Support Administrator to join our team

Unicomer (Barbados) Limited is seeking a qualified Customer Support Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing accurate survey reports with meaningful recommendations, resolving customer queries and escalations, and supporting the strengthening of the overall customer experience framework.

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Preparing and submitting key performance reports, including branch results and CSR traffic light reports, on time each month.
  • Coordinating local and regional customer surveys for Stores, Distribution Centers, Technical Service, and Credit, as well as internal and exit surveys.
  • Logging and investigating customer complaints, ensuring timely resolution within 48 hours, and producing reports that highlight trends and recommend improvements.
  • Following up on complaints from consumer advocacy groups and working closely with Branch Managers and the Customer Experience Manager to resolve issues.
  • Monitoring social media channels, responding to queries promptly, and supporting the Contact Centre when needed.
  • Playing an active role in departmental initiatives and helping to drive strategies that reduce detractors and improve overall satisfaction.

 

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent customer focus supported by strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with the ability to quickly learn in-house systems.
  • Solid understanding of Barbados consumer legislation.
  • Strong reporting and data interpretation skills.
  • Sound judgment with demonstrated decision-making and conflict-resolution capabilities.
  • Ability to manage stress effectively and maintain professionalism in high-pressure situations.

 

YOUR BACKGROUND:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline from an accredited institution.
  • Proven experience within a customer service department and/or a highly customer orientated organisation.
  • Sales and/or supervisory experience would be an asset.
