Customer Success Executive , utilizing CRM to assist sales team with client updates, including updating of information and ensuring all clients details are listed. Working with Regional Sales Managers to optimize revenue opportunities.

The positions will be based in our Jamaica office; however, the successful applicant will be working with companies and jobseekers throughout the Caribbean and further afield.
The role is a very proactive one, focusing on working with the sales team to maximise client engagement. In a similar vein, you will also be responsible for maintaining and updating of data bases and working with new and existing clients to get the best possible interaction with CaribbeanJobs.com. The role will also deal with incoming queries from jobseekers and customers.
A Typical Work week will include the following:
Requirements:
· The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years’ experience in a customer services role
· Adaptable & willing to work across various departments
· Strong customer focus
· Excellent communication and telephone manner
· Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & CRM systems
· Capable of working with deadlines
· Ability to work autonomously; effectively handle multiple tasks, prioritize deadlines and remain flexible.
· Maintain and support standards in a ‘best practice’ customer support environment
· Participate in ad hoc projects, as assigned
