Job Description
This position involves the processing of inbound and outbound telephone calls, electronic and physical data capture, review and indexing of vehicle data to include forms, records and mail on potential total loss insurance claims specifically related to automotive titles and loans. In this role, individuals will work exclusively with vehicle owners, insurance carriers, banking institutions, lienholders, and third-party vendors across the United States.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Identify the type of correspondence required for specific claim and contact lienholder
Update appropriate systems of record with information obtained
Review state and carrier form requirements and send appropriate documentation to the vehicle owner for completion
Complete compliance review of paperwork
Scan, index, and archive forms in the appropriate system of record
Correspond with vehicle owners and/or insurance carriers for additional information as needed via text, email, and telephone
Adhere to attendance, production, quality, and other SLA standards
Other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications & Experience:
No prior insurance or automotive experience is required, as we will train individuals that are willing to continue to learn and be developed
High School Diploma
1-2 years prior customer service experience preferred
