Radius Global Solutions, located in Freeport, St. James, is seeking customer service and soft collections representatives to join our dynamic team! 

Position Summary:

  • Delivering first class service to our customers by exhibiting a conversational tone, building rapport, and providing empathy to ensure positive customer satisfaction. 
  • Responsible for answering and handling inbound calls to new and existing customers while problem solving their needs and concerns. 
  • Maintain excellent attendance and adhere to company policies.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Minimum of four (4) CXC/GCE subjects, including English Language and Mathematics
  • Clear speaking voice with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient at working on a PC.
  • Must be flexible to work any shift up to 11pm (including on weekends and public holidays).
  • Applicants must reside in Westmoreland, Hanover, St. James or Trelawny.
