Radius is Looking for 100+ call center associates!!

We are seeking dedicated representatives to do both soft collections and customer service. We have positions for  everyone. Whether you are looking for collections, customer service, business to business, we have it. Send a resume or just walk in for an interview. All are welcome, and we will find you a home.  

 Skills & Requirements: 

• One year or more of collection and/or customer service experience preferred.
• ‘Can Do Attitude’       
• Must have excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Active listening skills to understand the needs of consumers and find a way to resolve unpaid debt
• Proficient at working on a PC.
• Willing to accept coaching and developmental feedback
• Position is contingent on passing a criminal background check and drug test.
• Must be able to work flexible schedules between the hours of 7am -11pm, including weekends, and public holidays.
• Minimum of four (4) CXC/GCE subjects, including English Language and Mathematics
• Clear speaking voice with attention to details
• Applicants must reside in Westmoreland, Hanover, St. James or Trelawny.
