We specialize in delivering seamless, personalized travel experiences — from airport arrivals to unforgettable days on the water.

We are seeking a Customer Service & Sales Professional to join our team. While the primary focus is handling reservations for water taxis, boat rentals, and charters, this is also a sales-driven role. We’re looking for someone with a proven track record in tourism sales who can actively build partnerships with resorts, villas, tour desks, and other travel professionals to promote our services and drive revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

· Respond to customer inquiries and manage bookings across all service lines.

· Actively sell and upsell services to individuals and groups.

· Build and maintain relationships with resorts, concierge teams, and travel partners to generate business.

· Represent the company professionally during partner meetings and promotional events.

· Track leads, sales activity, and partner outreach efforts.

· Ensure reservation accuracy and timely payment collection.

· Deliver exceptional service before, during, and after the booking process.
