JOB SUMMARY:
Assist applicants with the processing of loans
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Review, determine qualification and Process loan applications
Explain to applicants the different types of loans and credit options that are available, as well as the terms of those services
Review loan agreements to ensure that they are complete and accurate according to policy
Correspond with applicants to improve application and respond to questions about the process
Update documentation as and when requested
Provide enthusiastic, courteous and exceptional service to enhance customer satisfaction.
Develop good product knowledge and use it to resolve issues
Maintain performance standards of the company
Maintain current product knowledge by using available resources post training
Adhere to stated policies and procedures of the Company
Adhere to procedures relating to the proper use and care of equipment and materials for which the role has responsibility
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 5 CXC passes including English A and Mathematics
At least 1 Year experience in loan processing, telemarketing or sales
Aptitude for multitasking (work with multiple interfaces)
Prior call center experience a plus
Must be willing to work onsite
Must be flexible to work any 5 days of the week (including weekends and or public holiday)
Must be willing to work a schedule between 6:30 am to 10:00 pm
