Customer Service Representatives

Service with a smile. Looking for Representatives that will go above and beyond to assist a customer.

Radius Global Solutions, located in Freeport, St. James, is seeking vibrant and dedicated customer service representatives to join our dynamic team! 

Position Summary

• Delivering first class service to our customers by exhibiting a conversational tone, building rapport, and providing empathy to ensure positive customer results. 
• Responsible for answering and handling inbound calls to new and existing customers while problem solving their needs and concerns. 
• Maintain excellent attendance and adhere to company policies.

Skills & Requirements:

• At least 6 months' call center experience and/or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Clear speaking voice with attention to detail.
• Completed assessment with composite score of at least 30.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; CSEC English a must.
• Proficient at working on a PC.
• Must be able to work between 7am to 11 pm on any given day.
• Applicants must reside in Westmoreland, Hanover, St. James or Trelawny.
• No criminal background convictions.
