The customer service representative is responsible for excellence in service delivery i.e., ensuring efficient and accurate service provision to all patrons conducting wagering activities while adhering to all operating protocols.

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE 

Supreme Ventures Gaming Limited, a subsidiary of Supreme Ventures Limited is seeking to identify a suitable candidate to fill the role of Customer Service Representative (Part Time) in our Caymanas Park location. If you believe you have what is required to be a part of #TeamSupreme apply by the latest October 11, 2025.   The Customer Service Representative (Part Time) will be responsible for the sale of our gaming, betting, and lottery products, as well as the provision of exceptional customer experience to our clients.

  

Key Functions:

  • Always provide a positive experience for all customers in keeping with established company standards for service delivery.
  • Record bets accurately, i.e., ensure that wagers placed are on the correct horse at the correct racetrack, in the correct pool, and for the correct amount.
  • Verify win tickets and pay correct dividends to customers as per terminal receipt.
  • Refund punters on presentation of tickets for horses scratched.
  • Reconcile tilt, prepare the necessary paperwork, and return cash on hand to the supervisor.
  • Complete variance form concerning discrepancies identified.
  • Ensure that the betting terminal and workstation to which you are assigned are sanitary at the end of the shift.
  • Escalate customer issues that cannot be resolved by you to the Supervisor promptly.
  • Work collaboratively and effectively with other team members.
  • Adhere to all company policies and standard operating procedures, including the anti-money laundering policies (AML), Proceeds of Crime Act (POCA), and Cash Management Policy. Always reporting suspicious activities.
  • Perform any other job-related duties that may be assigned by the Head of Department or designate

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Required:

  • Three (3) CXC/CSEC passes or equivalent; English and a numeric subject must be included.
  • Cashiering Experience
  • One year’s Customer Service Experience in similar capacity
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Cash handling
  • Customer Service attitude and experience
  • Keen eye for detail
