Seeking a Customer Service Representative that is capable of offering exceptional service within the BPO environment.

Requirments
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally.
  • Customer Focus: A passion for delivering excellent customer service and resolving issues.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using computers, CRM software, and other customer service tools (experience with call center software is a plus).
  • Multitasking Ability: Able to manage multiple customer inquiries simultaneously and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to resolve issues creatively and professionally.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required (additional languages, particularly Spanish, are a plus).
