The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing accurate and efficient services to customers at the flagship location in ARIMA and the company’s branches as well as to provide general support to management.

Summary

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing accurate and efficient transaction services to customers at the flagship location and the company’s branches as well as to provide general support to management while maintaining integrity and accuracy in the adherence to the company’s policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities include, but not limited, to:

  • Effectively communicating service offerings to customers
  • Greeting and assist all walk-in and telephone customers
  • Ensuring customer queries are addressed accurately
  • Effectively examining, inspecting, invoicing, tagging and sorting customer garments in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
  • Verifying accuracy of payments remitted by customers
  • Submitting payments to the cashier for processing and verifying change when applicable
  • Retrieving, verifying and inspecting completed items before remitting to customer.
  • Ensuring that customer complaints are immediately escalated to management in writing
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace and customer lobby area
  • Utilizing downtime through cross training
  • Observing all security protocols and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Providing support to the other departments and performing other duties as assigned
Key Requirements
  • Must value reliability, trustworthiness and integrity during the performance of his/her duties and with interactions with customers and fellow team members. 
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, pay attention to detail, and maintain a positive personality.
  • Must be able to work on Saturday.
  • Must demonstrate impeccable work ethic and punctuality record.
  • Ability to speak clearly and convey information accurately.
  • Experience in a customer-service environment will be an asset.
  • Must be computer literate.
  • Must be able to perform the following minimum physical requirements: bending, walking briskly, stretching, reaching, climbing, perform repetitive motions and perform physical labour.
Wage: TT$20.50 per hour
