Indies Pharma Jamaica is seeking a professional, customer-focused, and results-driven Customer Service Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, excellent customer service abilities, and the capacity to efficiently manage sales and front office operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer sales orders accurately and efficiently
• Handle front office and customer service duties professionally
• Process goods return transactions and prepare credit notes
• Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and walk-ins
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Accounts, and Sales teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of customer transactions
• Assist with invoicing, order tracking, and dispatch coordination
• Ensure excellent customer relations and timely follow-up on requests
• Support general administrative and operational functions as assigned

Requirements & Qualifications

• CAPE, Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Customer Service, or a related field
• Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in customer service, sales support, or administrative operations
• Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Professional attitude and customer-oriented approach
• Experience in a pharmaceutical or distribution environment would be an asset
