Stewart’s Automotive Group is seeking to hire a capable, tenacious and customer centric individual to fill the position of:

                              CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Job Summary: The incumbent will greet showroom visitors, manage traffic flow, and coordinate between the sales and service departments to deliver a smooth aftersales experience.

Key duties and responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Greeting and recording all showroom visitors.
  • Directing and assigning customers to Sales Representatives.
  • Managing incoming calls.
  • Maintaining visitor logs and enquiry records.
  • Ensuring that the showroom is maintained at appropriate dealership standards.
  • Providing information about vehicles and brochure support.
  • Scheduling service appointments for customers.
  • Acting as a liaison between the sales and service departments to ensure a smooth transition and that the customer’s after-sales needs are met.
  • Handling general service enquiries.
  • Coordinating with the service departments for updates.
  • Following up on post-delivery service bookings.
  • Escalating customer concerns and queries for resolution, as necessary.

Competencies, Experience and Qualifications

  • A minimum of Five CSEC subjects inclusive of Math and English at Grade 2 or above
  • Three (3) or more years of experience working in a customer facing or administrative role.
  • Prior experience working in an automotive dealership environment would be an asset.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Applications- Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Canva.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and must be customer focused.
  • Excellent communication skills- written and oral.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Must be the holder of a valid driver’s license.
