Customer Service Representative

Position:  Customer Service Representative  

Requirements:

Experience with accounting software (Peachtree (Sage), QuickBooks) would be an asset.

Experience creating invoices using an accounting system.

Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, positive demeanour.

Ability to clearly explain product features and answer questions.

Have a keen eye for details

Fast learner

Education and Experience Requirements: 

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar capacity.

Minimum of 5 CSEC Passes, inclusive of English A and Mathematics.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint.
