To assist the Sales and Marketing Team in the smooth operations of the Sales Department and to ensure customer satisfaction.
Provide general product/pricing information to customer via telephone, over the counter or any other electronic means
Liaise with Customers/sales representatives/warehouse personnel/truckers/ and others to execute sales efficiently and effectively
Process orders received via electronic media or personally from customers, sales representatives or any other authorized persons
Collect monies due/outstanding on invoices and perform the standard procedure after receiving same
Prepare Cash Sales summary and end of day VISA Sales Summary
Prepare head office receipt for payments received against charge invoices and temporary receipt for cash received for non –inventory Purchases
Processes visa transactions- direct or offline
Liaise with VISA customers to advise on account transactions
Update customers on product availability and price changes
Prepare vouchers- reimbursement of cash, cash refunds and credit-memos
Operate teller Window, reception area and telephone as assigned
Schedule trucker’s deliveries as per invoices and calculates sheets weekly and forwards to Finance for payments
Promote new products an increase Sales via telemarketing
Focus on Customer Service Delivery
Maintain physical and digital files to keep records organized, sytematized and transparent
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders as and when necessary to build and nurture relationships
Partner with the inventory team on the cycle count exercise to validate that inventory on hand matches the inventory recorded in the system
Comply with and promote EIGL's HR, HSE and any other policies, procedures, and standards to create an environment that is beneficial for all stakeholders
Perform any related duties as assigned by the department manager.
