Customer Service Representative

JOB SUMMARY:

The position is responsible for managing customer inquiries, orders, and concerns, all while collaborating closely with our logistics and warehouse teams to facilitate smooth operations.

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Customer Interaction

  • Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist with placing orders, tracking shipments, and answering product or service-related questions.
  • Provide accurate information on product availability, pricing, and delivery timelines.
  • Build strong relationships through effective communication and follow-up.

 Order Management

  • Accurately and efficiently process and manage customer orders.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Monitor order status and communicate any delays or updates to customers.

  Issue Resolution

  • Handle returns, exchanges, and complaints in line with company policies.
  • Work with internal teams to resolve product or delivery concerns.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and outcomes.

 Inventory Coordination

  • Support the tracking and management of inventory levels.
  • Work closely with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure stock availability for incoming orders.
  • Report discrepancies or stock shortages promptly.

 Reporting & Documentation

  • Generate reports related to customer service activities, order fulfilment, and customer feedback.
  • Assist with updating customer service procedures and documentation.

 MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Associate Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service (logistics experience is a plus)
  • Excellent English language skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in computer applications and CRM software
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced logistics/warehouse environment
  • Knowledge of inventory and warehouse operations is an asset
