Job Description:

We are seeking dedicated Customer Service Representatives for our Montego Bay and Kingston offices. As a vital member of our team, you will ensure excellent service delivery and efficient currency exchange operations for our international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

 • Identify customer needs and offer appropriate products and services

• Practice active listening and apply effective sales techniques for optimal customer service

• Register customers in compliance with current legal regulations

• Ensure proper organization of the center, including materials, cleanliness, and currency management

 • Address customer inquiries, provide suggestions, and handle complaints professionally

Requirements:

• Experience in sales or customer service, at least 9 months.

 • Strong communication skills essential

• Studies in tourism, administration, commerce, or sales (preferred)

• Strong mathematical and computer skills

 • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

  • Able to stand for long periods without difficulty.
  •  Possesses valid National Identification, TRN & NIS Cards.
  •  Holds a current, valid Police Record.
  • Has reference letters from a JP, Pastor, Police Officer, Doctor, or Lawyer.
  • Demonstrates necessary qualifications.
  •  Resides at least 40-45 minutes from the work location
