Duties

• To upload binders to the system and the preparing cover notes from the instructions from an Underwriter/Branch Supervisor
• To follow up with insurers on behalf of customers
• To assist customers with the completion of customer forms
• To scan documents and upload to client's respective folders each day.
• To remind customers of their upcoming renewals.
• To follow up with customers regarding receivables and outstanding documents
• To log incoming documents to the system
• To assist with Voluntary Benefit Customers
• To assist customers with motor vehicle insurance claims

Qualifications:

• Insurance Diploma or Insurance Certifications (Motor Insurance)
• Experience in a customer facing work environment
• A minimum of 5 CXC’s - Which should include Mathematics and English
• A Minimum two (2) years' working experience
