Customer Service Representative (Chat, Email & Voice)

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone
• Resolve customer concerns while ensuring a positive customer experience
• Accurately document interactions in internal systems
• Meet and exceed performance targets, including quality, productivity, and attendance
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 CXC subjects (including English) or equivalent
• Previous experience in a BPO doing chat and email is an asset
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong typing and computer navigation skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Flexible to work on weekends, and public holidays if needed.

Preferred Skills

• Experience handling chat, email and voice support professionally
• Strong ability to actively listen and interpret customer concerns across chat, email, and voice channels, and deliver accurate, effective solutions with efficiency and professionalism.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset
