Rafco Trading Limited is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to be the front line of our business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, solving problems, and ensuring customers have a smooth experience from inquiry to delivery.

📅 Schedule: 5 Days Per Week

💰 Salary: $5,000

Position Purpose :

A Customer Service Representative is responsible for managing all customer interactions. You will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with questions, providing product information, processing orders, and ensuring every customer receives efficient and professional service. You play a key role in keeping operations organized and customers satisfied.

Key Responsibilities:

* Greet and assist customers in-store and over phone/WhatsApp

* Provide accurate information on products, pricing, and availability

* Process orders, invoices, and payments

* Follow up with customers on orders, deliveries, and inquiries

* Coordinate closely with warehouse and drivers to ensure smooth deliveries

* Handle complaints or issues professionally and resolve them quickly

* Maintain organized records of customer interactions and sales

Requirements:

* Strong communication and problem-solving skills

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

* Basic computer skills (data entry, invoicing systems)

* Professional attitude and good customer service skills

* Punctual, reliable, and team-oriented
