Responsible for providing excellent customer service in selling the Company’s products and services while maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for bar service to customers, within public health guidelines.

 

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE /BARTENDER:

As the  CSR/Bartender, the successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:

Providing excellent customer service in selling the Company’s products and services i.e. lottery, sports betting, PIN sales and other electronically distributed products and services and to maintain a clean and comfortable environment for bar service to customers, within public health guidelines.

Through performing the following duties:

  • Ensuring high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service, for gaming customers
  • Promoting and sell gaming products and other services i.e. lottery games, sports betting and PIN sales to increase the growth of the Company’s portfolio
  • Proper stewardship of company’s funds and assets, including effective cash handling and documentation.
  • Ensuring adherence to the policies and procedures of Supreme Ventures Gaming Limited.
  • Ensuring compliance with the regulatory guidelines and statutory requirements under which we operate for the various services, including:
  1. Betting Gaming & Lotteries Act
  2. Anti-money laundering Regulations / Proceeds of Crime Act
  • Escalate problems, issues to the Supervisor/Senior/Manager on duty 
  • Maintain a clean bar service area
  • Display and perform bartending duties with an excellent customer relations attitude
  • Maintaining a clean bar environment by thoroughly cleaning the bar and bar area every evening before leaving and first thing each morning.
  • Reporting all malfunctioning appliances and replacement needs for stock to the Customer Service Supervisor, in a timely manner.
  • Report all defects in the bar area that need fixing to the Customer Service Supervisor, who will in turn report it to the Facilities and Maintenance Department.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Minimum four (4) CSEC subjects, including Mathematics and English
  • Minimum experience of one year’s experience in related field
  • Valid food handler's permit
  • Successful completion of provided training
COMPENSATION:
  • Base salary (gross per annum): JMD$1,040,000.00
