Customer Service Representative

A well-established Freight Forwarding Company, located in Kingston/Montego Bay is seeking the services of a qualified and competent individual for the position of Customer Service Representative to work in our Montego Bay office.

 

Essential Skills:

  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in working in customer service.
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to lead and develop a team
  • Excellent command of the English language (written and oral)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Computer Knowledge (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of the shipping industry is an asset

 

Qualification

  • Six (6) CXC subjects including English Language and Mathematics
  • Certification in Custom Processes/Freight Forwarding would be an asset
