Customer Service & Quality Assurance Officer

Applications are invited from qualified persons for the position of Customer Service & Quality Assurance Officer in our Policy & Member Services Department.

MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manning the Help Desk and providing information to providers, brokers and other clients.
• Investigating customer complaints and/or concerns and communicating with customers and other company personnel to resolve the issues in a timely manner
• Entering data relating to customer service requests and complaints in the relevant database/Complaints Log.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

1. First Degree in Business Administration or equivalent qualifications from a recognised tertiary institution.
2. At least one years’ experience in the health insurance industry.
3. Health Insurance Association (HIA) Parts I and II would be an advantage.
4. Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite.
5. Excellent oral and written communication skills
6. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to work on own initiative.
8. Meticulous, co-operative, courteous, customer-focused and team-oriented.
